Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
• UPS® Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® generally takes around 2 business days after the items leave our warehouse.

We do not offer signature‑required shipping. Instead, we provide a “Pick up at a location near you” option at checkout. You can choose to ship your items to:
• A UPS Store
• A UPS Access Point® (such as CVS or other participating retail locations)
• A participating authorized Pioneer dealer
How does the pickup process work?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. To collect your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID and your order or tracking number.
Important: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this window, it will be returned to Pioneer. In these instances, a return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund.

2. A pop‑up will appear. Enter your postcode or city or allow the browser to detect your location automatically. Then click “Confirm” to choose the pickup spot.
